You mean his name *isn’t* Salman?

While Google + was catching a heap of heat about their real name policy, Facebook seemed to slip under the wire on this one . . . until this gaffe. Facebook changed Salman Rushdie’s personal page to read Ahmed Rushdie (Ahmed being his first given name, Salman his second or middle name). Seriously. Didn’t even ask. Now I’m thinking that Mr. Rushdie wanted to fly under the radar, be a little clandestine, using his “real” name might be the way to do it.
